An aircraft ground power unit (GPU) is a self-contained power station composed of a medium-frequency diesel generator set or lithium battery energy storage inverter, a voltage regulator rectifier, a 28V aircraft battery power supply, a rainproof cabin, a light-duty vehicle for carrying, and tools for simple maintenance.
